This article provides information on how to filter for the following specific data:

  • Who has stored their card
  • How many transactions were declines


How do I pull/extract a file of all of the unsuccessful transactions that we have to pay for?


This will have to be pulled/extracted from the system on a monthly basis - see below for step-by-step process:

  1. Login to the BIP and select the Transactions tab
  2. Select your desired time period
  3. In the "Select a filter" drop-down box select the "Status" option
    1. You will now have the option to click and select the "Rejected" option
  4. Click on search to display the desired list of rejected transactions
    1. You have the option of exporting this data in .csv and/or .txt format by clicking on the export icon (see below for what icon looks like)
  5. In the popup window that opens select the data fields for the transactions you want to export (default template setting is "quick")
    1. You can select and deselect fields by moving them to the right or left box respectively
  6. If you don’t get any popup window please make sure you don’t have a popup blocker active
  7. Now select the parameters for the file format you would like data to be in.
  8. Click on the button “export” to download the file.



I would also like a file to show who tokenized/stored their card so I can double check it against the line item raised on the invoice.


  1. Select Transactions Tab and select desired time period
  2. In the "Select a filter" drop-down box select the "Type" option
    1. You will now have the option to click and select the "Register (RG)" option (More info on transaction types available here: Transaction Types Explained)
  3. Once the desired transactions are displayed on the page you will have an option to export the data by clicking on the export icon
