We have been happy to lead the way on making refunds really easy for our merchants, thats why we always let you email us to request the processing of a refund. If you ever want to process a refund, e-mail us on support@peachpayments.com and we will fulfil your request in one business day.
Some merchants would like the ability to refund their customers on demand through the Peach Payment dashboard. To enable this feature, you need to qualify like this:
- have trading volume for 3 consecutive months
Then apply for on-demand refunds to support@peachpayments.com where your request will be reviewed. You can always reach out to your Sales Manager or Support for more information.
