Please may you also send through a copy of your site’s System Status for us to investigate the error:
1. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
2. Select “Get system report”
3. Select/click on “Copy for support” and please send this through to us

Please may you also check your WooCommerce Status logs to see if there are any errors in the logs
  1. Navigate to WP Admin » WooCommerce » Status » Logs,
  2. Then select the dropdown menu on the right (see below) to see if there are any "fatal errors" or just "errors" - If there are please may you copy the log with the error and send through to us
