If a merchant is asking us to Blacklist BIN numbers by country here are the steps below:
Here below you will go to the dropdown and click on BIN Blacklist on the BIP:
You will be presented with the following screen, do note this is on the merchant level as you can't do it on a channel level but rather on a PSP, Division, or Merchant level:
Here you can see a result after a Blacklist by country was added so to achieve this you would need to use the attached CSV file on this article and you would need to use this format to upload the file to the BIP.
Here is what it would look like in the file:
Do note that you would need to check the ISO code for the country in question and add the country code as seen above in the file.
