As of February 2024 Settlement and Billing banking account details is to be added in Dashboard Settings.

We will no longer use the Console to update Settlement and Billing information as we are moving away from this dashboard for adding and updating merchant Settlement and Billing Account Information.

The usual process for Changing Banking Account Information for Settlement and/or Billing Aggregation & ISO merchant accounts will apply albeit you would need to process the update in Settlement and Billing Settings in Dashboard

Why?

1. This ensures all changes are updated and saved effectively and relevant to the current billing and settlement information for the specified merchant account

2. Merchants have visibility of their Settlement and Billing information as they can easily access the Dashboard to verify that their details are current - the merchant is able to prompt us for any changes or updates required as they have oversight of their current information

3. To ensure the banking verification process and Billing process runs smoothly and seamlessly.

4. To verify FICA received or outstanding status upon checks carried out.

5. To educate merchants on the settlement timeframes for additional payment methods.

Step 1:

Adding Billing Information > This is the bank account from which Peach Payments will deduct funds.

All accounts should be debited via debit order:

i) if the merchant is keeping the current Billing account for Debit Orders and the toggle is off > activate toggle
ii) if you are changing the Settlement and Billing information > activate toggle upon receiving updated and signed Debit Order Mandate

Step 2:

Settlement Account > This is the bank account where you will receive your settlements from Peach Payments.

OR

If the same banking information for settlement and billing is applicable

Step 3:

Confirmation of FICA on record > Confirm all necessary FICA documents provided have been verified and up to date.

OR
